Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance may have the deposit applied to a future booking.
LATE POLICY
Late arrivals (10+ minutes) may result in a shortened service, or the need to reschedule in order to respect the next client’s appointment with the full fee applied. • 15+ minutes late will be considered a no-show. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) and may require prepayment for future bookings.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment, or who cancel within the 24 hour policy window, will be considered a no-show. In these cases, the card on file will be charged in accordance with the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may result in limited booking privileges.
